Becoming a NEW Person

 

 

 

 

Have you ever felt like you are trying so hard to change your habits, to eat healthier, to exersice and actually you do pretty great and you are happy with yourself for the first week or two...

But then something always happens: you are stressed, your friend has a birthday or there is simply too much work and you just have absolutely no time for cooking well and caring about exersices? 

I am sure we all have been in a situation when we are lacking motivation at some point of our lives.

 

An experiment will be carried out. We will take a random person and follow his/her guided attempts to change her/his life for better by eating healthy, exercising and changing lifestyle during the next 3 months.

 

Who knows, maybe this section will motivate YOU to change something in your life?
